On February 28, the All-China Women's Federation held a commendation meeting in Beijing to commemorate International Women's Day and commend outstanding achievements. The Digital Manufacturing Technology Research Team for Complex Equipment in the Group's Lightweighting Institute was awarded the honorary title of "National Women's Civilization Post". Team leader Zhang Qian, as a representative, was invited to attend the commendation meeting and other activities.

The Digital Manufacturing Technology Research Team for Complex Equipment is led by Zhang Qian, the leading expert of the Advanced Forming Technology and Equipment National Key Laboratory and deputy chief engineer of the Lightweighting Institute. They adhere to their original aspirations in scientific research, devoting themselves to research, innovation, and tackling key problems, actively playing a significant role in developing new productive forces and achieving technological self-reliance. The team has previously won honors such as the Central Enterprise Youth Civilization Post and the Central Enterprise Advanced Collective.

In recent years, the team has focused on intelligent and green manufacturing unit technologies. They completed the research and development of the country's first intelligent dyeing system for single yarn, and carried out research on digital twinning of various lightweight material forming equipment and assembly lines, assisting in key equipment design optimization and independent control. They have provided technical and product services to more than 50 enterprises in equipment manufacturing, textiles, and national defense and military industries, actively serving the industry's transformation, upgrading, and green development. They have participated in or undertaken 26 national natural science foundation projects and more than 40 enterprise-commissioned projects. They have won one National Science and Technology Progress First Prize and 9 provincial and ministerial-level awards, including the National Defense Science and Technology Progress First Prize.
