III. Basic Application Requirements and Job Qualifications
(I) Basic Requirements
1. Possessing high political qualities, consciously adhering to Marxism-Leninism, Mao Zedong Thought, Deng Xiaoping Theory, the important thought of "Three Represents," the Scientific Outlook on Development, and Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era as guidance, clearly upholding political principles, firmly establishing political consciousness, overall awareness, core consciousness, and alignment consciousness, resolutely upholding General Secretary Xi Jinping's core position in the Party Central Committee and the entire Party, resolutely upholding the authority and centralized, unified leadership of the Party Central Committee, resolutely implementing the Party and state's policies, upholding the socialist orientation of state-owned enterprises, and insisting on wholeheartedly relying on the working people to run enterprises, strictly adhering to the principle of democratic centralism, strictly observing the Party's political discipline and political rules, being loyal and honest to the Party, resolutely upholding the authority and centralized, unified leadership of the Party Central Committee, and maintaining high consistency in thought, politics, and action with the Party Central Committee with Comrade Xi Jinping at the core;

(II) Job Qualifications
1. In-service employees within the China Machinery Industry Corporation system;
2. For applicants for the position of minister (i.e., head of a mid-level department), they should have at least two years of relevant work experience at the deputy level and a full-time master's degree or above, or at least four years of relevant work experience at the deputy level and a full-time bachelor's degree, and the age is generally under 45 (under 43 for women);
3. For applicants for the position of vice minister (i.e., deputy head of a mid-level department), they should have at least six years of relevant work experience and a full-time bachelor's degree, or at least four years of relevant work experience and a master's degree, or more than one year of relevant work experience and a doctoral degree, and the age is generally under 40;
4. For applicants for the position of minister assistant (i.e., mid-level assistant), they should have at least four years of work experience (including at least one year of management experience), a full-time bachelor's degree, or an intermediate or higher technical title, and the age is generally 35 or younger;
5. For exceptionally outstanding talents or those whose work requires special needs, the job qualification requirements may be appropriately relaxed.
IV. Open Recruitment Procedures and Probationary Period Regulations
Based on the principle of open recruitment, the process will follow a procedure combining personal voluntary application and organizational recommendation, qualification review, interview and defense, performance evaluation, investigation, decision-making, public announcement, and appointment.
In accordance with the requirements of the in-depth reform and improvement action, those who take up the positions will be managed under contractual agreements, with their job responsibilities and key task objectives determined based on the company's and group's deployment requirements.
Those who take up positions will be subject to a probationary period of one year. After the probationary period, a comprehensive assessment of the person will be conducted. Those who are competent will be formally appointed; those who are not competent will have their appointments terminated according to the relevant procedures.
V. Time Arrangement and Application Requirements
(I) Time Arrangement
Application period: November 14-20, 2024. Qualification review will be conducted concurrently with applications.
