Rotary tiller blade

Using diamond brazing technology, it boasts high wear resistance and low tillage resistance, with a service life of 1200-3000 mu (approximately 200-500 acres), 3-5 times longer than traditional tools.

Opening knife

The reclamation knife, as an agricultural machinery equipment accessory, is mainly used for land reclamation and other operations. Diamond wear-resistant coating is prepared on the blade of the reclamation knife, which significantly improves its wear resistance and corrosion resistance, and increases its service life by 1.5 times.

Hydraulic reversible plowshare

Utilizing a diamond coating on the cutting edge, resulting in a dense structure, high diamond binding strength, strong impact resistance, and a service life increased by more than 3 times.

Ploughshare

A highly wear-resistant metal-ceramic composite coating was prepared on the blade of a plow using laser cladding technology. The coating forms a metallurgical bond with the plow, resulting in good coating density and strong impact resistance, increasing the service life by more than two times.

Drive tines

A diamond coating is prepared on the surface of the rake teeth, increasing the service life by more than 2 times.

Pulp knife

During use, the pulping knife is subject to wear and tear from substances such as rice straw, rice husks, and sand. Simultaneously, water corrosion accelerates the rate of wear and tear. The pulping knife steel substrate has a hardness of approximately 63 HRC, and the coating has an average hardness greater than 65 HRC, exhibiting high wear and corrosion resistance. After field pulping operations on over 1000 mu of land, the high wear and corrosion-resistant pulping knife showed essentially no wear.

Silage knife

Mounted on the circular cutter of a silage machine, the double-layered cutter rotates in opposite directions, cutting and crushing the crops fed into the equipment. It is one of the core cutting and crushing tools of the silage machine. Using laser cladding to deposit a wear-resistant coating on the blade surface of the silage knife can increase its service life by more than two times.

Artificial bones

An artificial hip joint consists of an artificial femoral head and acetabulum. The ceramic coating is made of materials such as aluminum oxide and zirconium oxide, and has high strength and a low friction coefficient. It is non-toxic to human tissues, has good biocompatibility, and is not easy to adhere to bone. It is suitable for long-term use or patients with high biocompatibility requirements.

Ball valve

The coating uses thermal spraying technology to spray powders of different materials onto the surface of the substrate, exhibiting excellent wear resistance, corrosion resistance, oxidation resistance, and high-temperature performance. It can operate stably at high temperatures for extended periods, preventing the failure of high-temperature ball valve components due to friction and wear. Thermal spray coatings are widely used in the valve seats, stems, and sealing surfaces of high-temperature ball valves.

Roller

Ceramic coatings are prepared by methods such as supersonic flame spraying or plasma spraying to provide excellent wear resistance and high-temperature resistance, suitable for various mechanical, aerospace and automotive industries.

Wear-resistant bushing shaft

A tight bond is formed between the wear-resistant coating and the bushing substrate, effectively resisting friction and wear, and extending the service life of the bushing. The wear-resistant coating also has a low coefficient of friction, reducing friction between the bushing and the shaft. This significantly improves the wear resistance of the bushing, reduces energy loss, improves equipment efficiency, maintains stability in harsh friction environments, and reduces equipment failures and maintenance costs.

Plunger

Applying a tungsten carbide coating to the plunger surface using supersonic flame spraying technology can effectively improve its wear and corrosion resistance. This coating has high bonding strength, low porosity, and good surface quality, which can significantly extend the service life of the plunger and improve production efficiency.

Spiral

Tungsten carbide coatings are prepared on the surface of spiral blades using techniques such as supersonic flame spraying to improve the hardness and wear resistance of the spiral blades, maintaining long-term stability in high-temperature, high-pressure, and strongly corrosive environments, effectively extending equipment life and reducing maintenance costs.

Drawbench

The draw tower plays a key role in the metal wire drawing process. Applying a wear-resistant coating to the surface of the draw tower using supersonic flame spraying can reduce wear during use, extend its service life, maintain stable wire drawing effects for a longer time, and improve production efficiency.

Dynamic and environmental wear-resistant sealing coating

Dynamic ring wear-resistant sealing coatings typically use plasma-sprayed chromium oxide ceramic coatings. These coatings have high melting temperatures, mechanical strength, wear resistance, and stable chemical properties, effectively improving the wear resistance and service strength of the dynamic ring surface and extending its service life.

Valve plate

Wear-resistant coatings are prepared on the surface of the valve plate by methods such as supersonic flame spraying and plasma spraying to give it a high surface wear resistance. This effectively resists the scouring and friction of particles in the fluid medium, reducing valve plate wear. It is mainly used in the petrochemical, mining, and metallurgical industries.
