To deepen the implementation of the spirit of the Third Plenary Session of the 20th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and the "88 Strategy," and to empower a new chapter of central-local cooperation with high-quality Party building, on December 27, the functional department Party branch of Ningbo Machine Tool Institute and the seventh Party branch of the Ningbo Municipal Development and Reform Commission jointly held a theme branch co-construction activity on "Accelerating the Development of New High-Quality Productivity and Solidly Promoting the High-Quality Development of Advanced Manufacturing." Yu Yuan, member of the Party group, vice director of the Ningbo Municipal Development and Reform Commission, and vice director of the Municipal Bureau of Ocean Economic Development, attended the event and delivered a speech. Fu Dawei's speech introduced the company's original mission, practical achievements, and strategic measures in reform and development guided by Party building. He stated that the company will take this co-construction activity as an opportunity, focus on its main responsibilities and businesses of industrial mother machines, practice the working mechanism of Party building leadership and strategic guidance, further strengthen the construction of high-level innovation platforms, innovatively expand technological innovation, industrial innovation, and institutional and mechanism innovation, and continuously build an innovative, collaborative, and open "Southern Center" platform of the China Mechanical Engineering Group, injecting new vitality and impetus into Ningbo's creation of a global intelligent manufacturing innovation hub.

Yu Yuan's concluding remarks pointed out that it is hoped that through the co-construction of Party branches, both sides can continuously strengthen exchanges and cooperation, improve understanding in terms of concepts, and increase efficiency in practice. During the meeting, the seventh Party branch of the Ningbo Municipal Development and Reform Commission and the functional department Party branch of Ningbo Machine Tool Institute jointly signed a Party branch co-construction agreement and held an unveiling ceremony.

After the meeting, the Party branches of both sides jointly visited the berthing site of the "131 Nanjing" destroyer to carry out patriotic education, and conducted on-site visits to understand the historical stories and glorious achievements of the warship's more than 30 years of service, further enhancing their love for the Party and the country, and inspiring their enthusiasm for work and entrepreneurship.
