On December 2nd, the Ningbo Machine Tool Institute Trade Union went to the Dameiwan Construction Management Center for trade union exchanges, learning, and joint construction activities. Six people, including the chairman of the trade union, Zhou Chunlin, participated in this activity.

At the Dameiwan Ningbo Ocean Youth Innovation Exchange Center, everyone learned about the achievements of Xiangshan's marine economy development, gained an in-depth understanding of the vigorous development of the Ningbo marine economy development demonstration zone, the transformation and application of Xiangshan's marine scientific and technological achievements, etc., and deeply understood the "Two Mountains" spirit at sea, learning from and drawing on the valuable experience accumulated by Xiangshan in its pioneering and experimental development of the marine economy.

At the exchange and joint construction meeting, Chairman Zhou Chunlin and Chairman Shao Weiliang introduced the trade union work of the two units respectively. The participating members of both sides exchanged views on promoting the central work of the units, ensuring the smooth progress of the central work, and boosting the enthusiasm of employees. After discussion, it was decided that the two trade unions would establish a mechanism for co-organizing employee activities, sharing venues, and regularly conducting exchanges and communication. Through this activity, it will further promote the integration of the Ningbo Machine Tool Institute Trade Union into the local area, promote exchanges and cooperation with the local area, and play a greater role of the trade union in contributing to the high-quality development of the company, enriching employees' Cultural Life, and improving employee cohesion.
